Refund policy

I want a refund on my item.

Please be aware we DO NOT offer refunds. In the rare scenario that your item is faulty, we will create a shipping label for you to return the item back to us with the option of a full refund. Please make sure to get in contact with our support team right away. Email Info@fslcollection.com, or message us on Instagram @fsl.shop_. Make sure to include: Order number, order details and images of the faulty item. We will only process refunds once we receive the faulty item.

I want to exchange my item for another size.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges due to limited quantities being produced. Please confirm your correct size by using our size chart.
